Hotel Discounts
Hotel rates lower than 2006! NADA has gone to bat and negotiated extremely competitive hotel rates, even lower than when NADA was in Orlando in 2006! We have included a greater variety of hotels in our room block for 2010, both in price and style, so there is something to fit everyone’s budget. Complimentary Shuttle
During the NADA Convention & Expo, ride the complimentary shuttle bus to the Orange County Convention Center. The NADA Shuttle will operate to/from all official NADA hotels, except for The Peabody and Rosen Centre which are located adjacent to the OCCC. Click here for the shuttle schedule and times.
Special Airline Discounts through United and Delta
NADA, in cooperation with United Airlines and Delta Air Lines, has made special arrangements to offer Convention attendees special promotional fares that give you the greatest savings. Discounts (on domestic and international flights) range from 2 to 15% depending on the carrier, ticket class and when you book the reservation.
Delta Air Lines and their partner airline, Northwest Airlines are please to offer convention attendees discounts ranging from 2% to 7% off travel to the 2010 NADA Convention & Expo in Orlando, Florida. Call 1-800-328-1111 and refer to Meeting Ticket Designator NM4EW to receive a special fare. Discounts will vary depending on type of ticket and city of orgin. Delta/NWA is waiving the $20.00 ticketing fee for tickets booked through the 800 number.

Call United at 1-800-521-4041 and refer to meeting code 578OK to receive at least a 5% discount or you can purchase your ticket online at united.com to receive a special fare. After you link to http://www.united.com/, enter your origin, destination (Orlando, FL) and your travel dates. Click on more search options and enter the 2010 NADA Convention Code 578OK for a display of available flights. There are no booking fees for booking online when you use the special promotional code. Code is case sensitive so please use capital letters.
