Registration for NADA's 93rd annual Convention & Expo is now Open.

 

Instructions

Below are instructions for completing the print or PDF version of the registration form.  Please read carefully.

  1. Fill in your full name.  Fill spouse/relative name (only if your are registering a spouse/relative).  Spouse/relative must be accompanied by a Full Paid Registrant and cannot be affiliated with your dealership/company.  Dealers and Managers only are allowed to bring one spouse/relative per registrant.  Guests of Allied Industry must register in one of the Allied categories.
  2. Fill in your name as you want it to appear on the your name badge.  Fill in spouse/relative name as your want it to appear on the name badge.
  3. Print registrant's contact information on the form.  The address listed is where your confirmation will be sent.  Please use the email address that corresponds to the registrant's name.
  4. List the 4 primary makes of automobiles you sell, if applicable.
  5. Prepaid registration closes January 15, 2010.  DO NOT send in registration forms after January 15, 2010.  After January 15, 2010, plan to bring your registration fees to the convention and register at the Orange County Convention Center.  Registration forms will be provided on site.

6.  Indicate your registration category.  (Don't forget to include your spouse/relative if they are attending.)

 

Registration fees include these items in addition to your badges.

  • Member and non-member Dealers & Dealership Managers receive a convention bag, workshop material book and program/exposition directory.  Allied Industry personnel may NOT register as Dealer or Manager.
  • Allied Industry w/Workshop receive a convention bag, workshop material book and program/exposition directory.
  • Allied Industry Exhibit Only receive a program/exposition directory only.
  • Spouses/Relatives receive a tote bag with Lifestyle Center Information and program/exposition directory.  They do not receive workshop materials.  If they want to participate int he workshop program, they need to register as a Dealership Manager.
  • NOTE:  ALLIED INDUSTRY MAY NOT REGISTER AS SPOUSE/RELATIVE.  They must register in one of the Allied categories.

 

7.  NADA Cancellation Policy:

 

All cancellations must be received in writing by January 15, 2010, in order to receive a refund.  A $35 processing fee applies to each individual cancellation.  Cancellations after January 15 will not receive a refund.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If we extend the registration deadline, we will NOT extend the cancellation deadline.  If you need to change or cancel your convention registration, please fax or email your request to NADA at 703-883-9480 or conven@nada.org.  No cancellations will be accepted by phone.

 

NOTE:  If you cancel your convention registration you must cancel your hotel reservation directly with Experient in writing by fax 301-694-5124 or email nada@experient-inc.com.
