Registration for NADA's 92nd annual Convention & Expo is CLOSED.

Advanced registration is now closed.

If you would like to register for the 2009 NADA Conventin & Expo, you may do so onsite beginning Friday, January 23, 2009 at 10:00am.  Registration will be located in Hall D of the New Orleans Morial Convention Center.

The following onsite registration fees will apply:

Dealer (NADA Member)            $260.00

Manager (NADA Member)         $260.00

Spouse/Guest                         $210.00

Allied Industry (Exhibit Only)     $285.00

Allied Industry w/Workshop       $400.00

Dealer (Non-NADA Member)      $400.00

Manager (Non-NADA Member)   $400.00

Registration forms will be provided onsite.  NADA accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa.  You may also pay by cash or check (made payable to NADA Convention).

Onsite registration will be located in New Orleans Morial Convention Center, Hall D.

Hotel Reservations

Housing is now closed.  If you need to make a change or cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel directly beginning on January 12th. 

For Special Services

Wheelchair/Scooter Rentals:  Attendees who need assistance getting around the convention center must order a scooter in advance of the meeting.  For ordering information, please click here and then follow link to the scooter reservation form.

Rhino Business Services (located in Lobby F of the Convention Center) will have a scooter waiting for you upon arrival in New Orleans and can recharge the battery for you overnight if you do not wish to drive the scooter to you hotel.  The cost is $50 per day, with a 2-day minimum.
