Webcast Training - Knowledge is Power
You and your staff are invited to our FREE webcast training sessions from industry expert Steve Miller with The Adventure Group. From the comfort of your own desk, you can view two training sessions: (1) Pre-Show Advertising and Promotions, and (2) The Art of Boothmanship. These programs offer great tips and techniques to help make your ATD exhibit experience a success. Don’t miss it!
Exhibitor Badges - Hello, My Name Is....
If you have not entered your personnel names for exhibitor badges, there is still time. For anyone wanting Bulk Badge Pick-up (all badges will be picked up together by one contact person), the deadline date is April 6 at 12:00 Noon EST. For those wanting individual pick-up, the deadline date is April 13 at 12:00 Noon EST. To access the Exhibitor Registration site, click here. You will need your company password. Entering your names now will save you time on-site.
Hotel Reservations - Changes and/or Cancellations
All changes and/or cancellations can be made with the hotel directly beginning April 3, 2009. You will need to cancel your reservation with the hotel 72 hours in advance of your arrival in order to receive a refund on your deposit. All cancellations received after the 72 hours window will forfeit deposit of 1 night’s room and tax.

Please be considerate of others when setting up you booth; every exhibitor has the right to be visible! We ask that all ATD exhibiting companies adhere to the rules and regulations pertaining to setting up their booth as well as demonstrating their product or service during show hours. The ATD Show Management staff are there to help you have a positive exhibiting experience at ATD, so feel free to ask us any questions. Here’s to a successful 2009 ATD!
ATD Commercial Truck of the Year Award - The Competition Heats Up
New for 2009! ATD is excited to announce a new annual industry award that will recognize the best new heavy- duty trucks each year. These class 8 trucks will be on display in the Expo Hall and the grand prize winner will be announced during Sunday’s Sponsored Luncheon on April 19. Immediately following the luncheon, dessert and coffee will be served in the Expo Hall.
Luncheon Tickets Available Onsite - Mix & Mingle with Customers Over Lunch
Tickets to the Sponsored Luncheons on Saturday, Sunday and Monday are available for purchase onsite for a nominal fee at the Registration counter in the Chesapeake Foyer of the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center.

Please join us as we celebrate another successful ATD Convention & Expo! The Capitol Steps will entertain us and The Fabulous Greaseband will provide music. The Final Night Reception will take place on Monday, April 20 in Potomac A-D from 7:00 p.m. on. Dress for the final night is cocktail attire.

Exhibitor Badges - Hello, my name is......
The deadline for entering your personnel for exhibitor badges has been extended until March 27! Each exhibiting company is entitled to four (4) exhibitor badges for every 100 square feet of space contracted for, up to a maximum of forty (40) badges. Entering the information now will save you time on-site. Click here to begin your registration process. You will need your company password to access this secure site.
Exhibit Booth Floor Plan Reporting - You gotta have a plan
Each ATD exhibitor is required to submit the Exhibit Booth Floor Plan Reporting Form along with a drawing of their booth layout, regardless of the booth size. If you have not already submitted this information, please do so as soon as possible. You may email the completed form and layout to tcarter@nada.org or fax it to 703-749-4733.
Pre-Show Marketing - Let 'em know you are there
The Pre-Show Attendee List will be available later this month, and is provided to help you with your direct marketing campaign to attract customers to your booth at the ATD show. This list will include all pre-show dealers, managers and allied industry registrants with their mailing information. You will receive an email when the list is available for your use. Let the attendees know that you will be in National Harbor, MD!
Webcast Training - Now you've got your own personal consultant
Our Exhibitor Training Guru, Steve Miller, from The Adverture LLC is back again to help you with your pre-show marketing efforts and also has suggestions to help make your booth experience the best it can be! We’ll let you know when the webcasts are available on line – they are coming soon. You’ll also be getting weekly “Cool Tips” directly from Steve Miller with tips, ideas, and suggestions to help maximize your exhibit success at the ATD show. Be sure to check them out – you’ll be glad you did!
Welcome Reception - Let the festivities begin
Once your booth is set-up and ready to go on Friday, be sure to stop by the Welcome Reception sponsored by Shepherd Insurance. This event will take place Friday, April 17th from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Potomac Ballroom C of the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. This opening event is a great kick start to the three day ATD show, so make plans to stop by. We look forward to seeing you there!
Luncheon Tickets - Another networking opportunity for a nominal fee
For those of you who want to attend one or more of the three sponsored luncheons during the ATD show, you may purchase your Luncheon tickets onsite at the Registration Desk located in the Chesapeake Foyer. Pricing information will be available at that time.
Final Night Reception - It's time to celebrate
Join us as we bring to a close another successful convention & expo. The Final Night Reception – with entertainment by The Capitol Steps and music by The Fabulous Greaseband - will take place Monday, April 20, 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the Potomac Ballroom A-D of the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center.

The Exhibitor Service Kit is now posted on our website. The service kit contains important information and answers to many of your questions. Please take the time to access the kit and browse through each section. Preparing and ordering services in advance can help you save time and money. Click here to begin your show planning.
Exhibitor Badges - Order now and save time onsite
You are in control of your exhibitor badges! You have the ability to enter your own staff names into the system and choose how to receive your badges. You may have them sent via FedEx, held for Bulk Badge Pick-Up or Individual Pick-Up at Exhibitor Registration. The deadline to enter your staff names is March 13. Don't be left out of the on-site Program Guide
IMPORTANT – READ THIS! – Your online profile will be downloaded into the on-site Program Directory. If you have not already done so, please update/enter your profile now. To be included in the on-site Program Directory, this must be done by WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 18. Click here to login to the password protected area of the website. Once you are logged in, click on EDIT BOOTH INFO.
Exhibitor Housing - Reserve your hotel rooms online now
Did you know that your housing can now be done online? If you have not sent in your Exhibitor Housing Request, you can now make your reservations online. Click here to access the exhibitor housing site. You will need your company password which can be found in your original confirmation letter text.
